We do offer payment plans! We will hold a(n) animal(s) UP TO 45 days or longer (if agreed upon by both parties). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to take the animal off of the market to be held. If the animal is failed to be paid off within 45 days, the deposit will be forfeited and the anmial will be relisted for sale. In the event that you have already made payments but failed to to pay the entire amount of your purchase in the agreed upon time frame, ALL payments will be refunded with the exception of the 25% deposit, and the animal will be put back on the market. 
 

We have a strict no return policy. We do not not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges.
 

Animals will be shipped via Shipyourreptiles or reptiles express by overnight/next day delivery. We will only ship if temperatures are above 40 degrees and below 95 degrees. Animals that have been paid for in full will be held and cared for until weather permits for safe shippping. At no point will we risk the lives of our animals by shipping in undsafe weather conditions. Live arival is garunteed. If there is any issues of an animal that has been shipped, we must be notified and immediataley contacted within 24 hours of delivery.
